About Us

Our story began as a company called Headlights and Parts Masters in 2017 after its founder had worked for and managed several salvage yards prior to reaching his family dream of owning his own business. In 2017, Raul left his last place as an employee and took the risk and faced the challenges of becoming a brand-new business owner in the 4th largest city in the United States and a city flooded with several salvage yards as competitors. Quickly afterwards, the newly opened business had to lease a bay from a business park on Helms Rd.

With Raul’s experience and heavily customer service-oriented attitude, they rapidly grew to leasing 2 more bays because of the demand for expansion; and has never looked back since. In 2019, Headlights & Parts Masters joined forces with a 7-bay mechanic shop on 5 De Boll St named Alcides Auto Repair, not far from Helms Rd. It was there where the business was able to expand even more with a larger warehouse to store more parts, hire a counter salesman and bring on a driver. With the customer service-oriented attitude being instilled into the newly hired personnel, the business exploded and was bulging the walls 2 years later.

Shortly after, the Luevanos family were able to acquire Tesco Foreign Auto Parts, a well-known upstanding business that had been family owned and operated since 1985. Tesco Started out the year 2022 with another newly added counter salesman, parts dismantlers, and office manager. Our products, values, customer service, team-oriented atmosphere and our sales staff loaded with a combined 50 plus years of experience will bring a whole new meaning to auto recycling. We are not a junkyard, we are not a salvage yard, we are your automotive resource center built on honesty, integrity and affordability.
